The library and cultural bus Välkky will tour around Espoo during the autumn holiday week, from 12 to 16 October 2026.

In the autumn fun, you'll find books and enjoyable activities especially for families with children!

You can borrow books from the library bus with your Helmet library card, and return them to any Helmet library. If you don’t have a card yet, we’ll make one for you – just bring a valid ID.

The route to the outdoor sports area

The 3 accessible parking spaces are located in the parking area over 100 m from the neighbourhood sports area. The width of the parking space is at least 3.6 m.
The pick-up and drop-off area is located under 50 m from the neighbourhood sports area.
A smooth and sufficiently wide fine crushed rock or sand route leads to the neighbourhood sports area. The route is illuminated.

Outdoor sports area

There are three entrances to the neighbourhood sports area. The neighbourhood sports area is extensively lit.
The neighbourhood sports area has three benches with backrests.
The neighbourhood sports area can be used for playing football, playing basketball, playing floorball, swinging, climbing on a jungle gym, sliding, outdoor fitness training equipment.
The route to all activity locations is smooth and sufficiently wide. In locations, the floor of the location has a significant contrast in shade to the environment.
