- The City of Espoo's Wellbeing Plan
Espoo's wellbeing plan is based on three key themes: loneliness, safety, and mental health. The City of Espoo's Safety Coordinator, Satu Laukkanen, and Wellbeing Manager, Taru Ikäheimonen, will speak on the topic.
- Digital Safety
Matti Grönroos, a Master of Science in Technology and IT specialist, will introduce a discussion on digital safety. How can we protect ourselves from scams and fraud?
- Home Safety
Home economics teacher and Martha Association member Anne Lempinen will lead a discussion on everyday safety from the perspective of older adults.
