Töpinästart Sports Event

Welcome to the Espoo Day Töpinästartti sport event at Otahalli on August 29, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Töpinästartti is a free family sport event where families can get active at a variety of activity stations.

Children must always be accompanied by an adult so that the whole family can enjoy a fun and safe time together. The organizers are not responsible for supervising children, and activities take place without instruction. Please wear clothing suitable for indoor exercise!

At the event, Espoo sports clubs will also be showcasing their activities and setting up small activity stations. Töpinästartti is a great opportunity to get to know the activities of several different clubs at once and perhaps discover a new sports hobby for your child or the whole family! No registration is required for the event. Come get moving and play with the whole family! The sports club Westend-58 is in charge of leading the activities.

Töpinästartti is part of the “Yhdessä liikkeelle – Family Exercise Counseling in Espoo” project. The project is funded by the Suomi Liikkeelle program, which aims to increase physical activity across all age groups.
