Have an idea but no coding skills? You no longer need to be a developer to build your first product. Startup 101 is a free event series by WeCode Platform (WeCode ry) for first-time founders and anyone curious about entrepreneurship. No technical background needed.

On this second evening, you’ll learn how to turn an idea into a working prototype using no-code and AI tools (often called “vibe coding”), and how to build a brand, website and marketing that work together to bring in your first customers. And as always, we’ll start with delicious Turkish food!

Speakers

Paul James Brennan, Lovable and Stripe Helsinki Ambassador and founder of Tribe Networks. Paul started his career as a Java developer, spent a decade in international enterprise software sales, and has built and experimented with more than 100 digital products and platforms. In Helsinki, he grew a community of 24,000 members, connected over 100,000 people through free in-person events, and has supported more than 500 graduates and career changers in gaining practical entrepreneurship experience.

Sophie Michaud, Brand, Web and Marketing Advisor based in Helsinki. Sophie helps businesses in Finland build their brand, website, content and marketing strategy as one connected system, from positioning and content planning to custom Webflow sites and SEO. With a background in growth marketing and content strategy, she runs Sophie Michaud Marketing and is also building plumerie, a project turning personal bookshelves into community libraries.
