Para Swimming Group +13 year

The Para Swimming Recreational Group 13+ offers swimmers with physical disabilities, visual impairments, or intellectual disabilities the opportunity to participate in regular and varied swimming activities. The aim of the training is to develop water skills, practice techniques in different swimming strokes, and improve swimming endurance. Participants may also choose to take part in competitions or simply enjoy swimming as a regular recreational activity.

Entry requirements: Participants must be able to swim at least 100 metres continuously. The goal is to provide those interested in swimming with a regular and versatile swimming hobby. Participants must be able to follow the swimming hall’s rules and the instructor’s guidance and be capable of participating in a group setting. Attendants or personal assistants are welcome to accompany participants, and their participation is included in the course fee.

The course fee includes instruction, the participant’s admission to the swimming pool, and accident insurance. A wristband key for the locker can be collected from the swimming pool reception 15 minutes before the start of the session. Participants will meet at the pool when the session begins. Parents or guardians are responsible for their child outside the scheduled course hours.
