Qoomics’ Stand-Up Christmas Party

What more could you wish for at Christmas than a little snow and a whole lot of laughter? That’s exactly what’s in store at the Qoomics Christmas show—although we can’t guarantee the snow.

Qoomikot is a collective of Finnish queer comedians founded in 2024. Its members are familiar faces from television, feminist book clubs, and atmospheric gay bars alike. And don’t worry—even the most ordinary heterosexual audience members are warmly welcome, as long as they’re ready to laugh with queer people and perhaps a little at themselves too.

Five qoomics will take the stage at Louhisali: Ursula Herlin, happeningfish (Jamie MacDonald), Raisa Omaheimo, Illusia Sarvas, and Aurora Vasama.

This year, Christmas will be celebrated in every colour of the rainbow! 🌈
