Additional information
espoo.fiThe circus group Käpy Company consists of Siiri Lehtiö, Linnea Tuominen ja Fanni Silmunen. At the Kivenlahti Midsummer, audiences can enjoy their cheerful contemporary circus performance "Suurissa saappaissa" ("In Big Boots"). This warm-hearted, family-friendly show features a wide range of circus disciplines, including tightwire walking, hand balancing and aerial acrobatics. The performance is non-verbal and therefore accessible to audiences regardless of their native language. The performance lasts approximately 30 minutes. After the show, audience members will have the opportunity to meet the performers.
In the performance, three circus artists encounter thirty different pairs of shoes. How do you find where you truly belong when the world presents everything from slippers to high heels? The shoes lead the artists into playful adventures on the ground and in the air, until it is finally time to step boldly into boots that are truly their own, and just the right size.
The audience capacity is limited to approximately 300 participants, so please arrive early.
