Animation Workshop Ankka

At the workshop we introduce you to the world of stop-motion animation: how to move the figurines, how to place the camera, how to shape your story. You get to experiment making animations with puppets and playdough.

The workshop has no age restriction. Children under the age of 7 are welcome accompanied by an adult.

The route to the main entrance

Construction work will affect access to the library. There is no parking in front of the building, and the area cannot be used for drop-off traffic. Estimated completion date: June 2026.
The nearest pick up and drop-off areas are at the intersection of Kauppamiehentie and Kaupinkalliontie, and at Tapionaukio, in front of Hotel Garden.
The route to the entrance is smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated.

The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly and the glass doors have contrast markings. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens automatically with a motion sensor.
