Young soloists and the Finnish National Opera Orchestra meet in an unforgettable evening of opera. The programme takes the listener from the energetic overture to Rossini’s La Gazza Ladra to well-known arias by Verdi and Puccini, as well as Mozart’s humorous bass solos. The duet and quartet selections include beloved gems such as Verdi’s Celeste Aidaand the famous Flower Duet from Léo Delibes’ opera Lakmé. The evening culminates in Verdi’s celebrated quartet “Bella figlia dell’amore” from Rigoletto. A truly enchanting night of opera awaits in the August evening.
