ELEMENTS (СТИХИЯ)
Evgeni Usov (1963–2021) was a journalist, photographer, documentary filmmaker, and civic activist from St. Petersburg.
He helped found the Green Party in Russia and worked for nearly 25 years at Greenpeace as a press secretary, participating in numerous projects.
His family often accompanied him on his work trips across Russia, and Lake Baikal was a place of particular importance to him, alongside his hometown of St. Petersburg.
The exhibition aims to highlight Uzov’s unique perspective on nature and urban environments and to promote discussion on the importance of environmental protection.
Poems translated into English by Kirill Buzetskiy.
The photo exhibition is open during library hours. Welcome!
