We are celebrating Midsummer at the Archipelago Museum! Welcome to spend a summery day on the island on Midsummer's eve.
The programme, designed for the whole family, invites participants to immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere of Midsummer and explore the traditions of the archipelago. In the workshop led by Studio Frö, visitors can create the most essential Midsummer accessory—a flower crown. Music is provided by the band Lauluvarpunen & Stilettos, who take the audience on a musical journey to Pentala through singing, play, and dance. Midsummer folk traditions are also introduced through guided tours, and visitors can experience Midsummer magic on a self-guided tour spread across the museum area.
