After last year's success, Afrikan Wedding Fair returns with an ever-better, more intentional and immersive edition.

This year’s edition introduces its biggest highlight yet: a live mock traditional wedding, spotlighting one African country’s wedding customs through an engaging cultural experience.

Expect vibrant fashion, music, exhibitions, and a curated lineup of African creatives and industry voices—alongside global collaborations, including an opening performance by the Maailma‑kuoro global choir.

Hosted at Kannusali, the fair connects heritage with opportunity, bringing together individuals, families, culture lovers, and professionals for a day where creativity becomes livelihood and traditions build bridges across borders.

Now officially part of Espoo City’s cultural calendar, the Afrikan Wedding Fair continues to grow as a platform for African excellence, cross‑border collaboration, and a thriving creative economy.

The route to the main entrance

The 2 accessible parking spaces are located in a canopy over 10 m from the entrance. The width of the parking spaces is less than 3.6 m.
The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.

The entrance has thresholds over 2 cm high.

In the facility

The customer service point is located on floor -1.
For moving around, there is a lift, which can hold a wheelchair; the door opens easily manually. The floor numbers in the lift can be felt with fingers. The button for the exit floor stands out from the other buttons. (The minimum dimensions for an accessible lift are width 1.1 m and depth 1.4 m.)
