Simon Etchells  

Originally from Wales, Simon is an international business strategist, specialising in business development, sales, and marketing. For over 30 years, he has provided marketing, communications, and product development guidance for some of the world’s most valuable brands.  

At the workshop, Simon will focus on internationalisation and market entry, leveraging the power of “Brand Finland”. He will share successes (and failures) of leading global brands as they expanded beyond their home markets, along with a checklist of dos and don’ts for global growth.   

Yesika Aguilera

Yesika Aguilera is a Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur, and named one of the Top 100 Women in Tech in the UK. She is the Co-founder of Tespack, a Finnish award-winning smart energy company serving 30 markets, including the UN, defense and private sectors.  

Currently, as the Founder of Codibri Oy, she advises governments and startups on country and corporate image, and building secure tech. Yesika specializes in scaling global tech and positioning brands for high-stakes contracts across Europe, Africa, and LATAM. As a former Forbes and EU Startup Awards Jury member, she provides the "Execution Formula", used to take product concept from a local idea to 30+ markets.
