Additional information
peltonenphotography.com(external link, opens in a new window)Petri Peltonen is an amateur photographer based in Espoo, Finland. He started as a teenager with Nikon F1 film camera and darkroom in the basement. Later, the digital world took over, but nowadays he is again back in the film, also walking around with his Rolleicord 6 x 6 film camera from 1952.
Today, when the intense working life is coming to the end, he is determined to have more time for his passion: photography and writing.
Petri has had two exhibitions before. “Vivid Landscapes” studied the northern Finland landscape with a twist, and “Jään Jäljet” examined the signs of the latest glaciation in the Finnish landscape.
The current exhibition "On Nature, Surface, and Seeing" studies the Finnish landscape and its details.
All pictures are also for sale in desired print format.
