Esports hobby for 7th-9th graders

Like video games and want to improve and play with others? That means our sessions are THE place for you! We play all kinds of popular games in a group, work on our tactics, and practice teamwork. Our coach helps develop a personalised training programme for everyone, and we help each other succeed as a team.  

This group is good for beginners and more experienced gamers. The youth centre provides the equipment. Join up, get to know new friends, and take your gaming to the next level! Instructors: Zakarie and Pate. 

The Espoo Esports Hobby Path Project offers free e-after-school sports activities for lower secondary school pupils. The hobby groups generally meet at schools, in the vicinity of schools, or online. The project models the Esports Hobby Path by offering young people short-term esports hobbies in autumn 2025 and spring 2026. Hobby groups will be organized between February 2 and April 30. The principles of a safer space are applied in the hobby groups.
