Free of charge – Fun exercise in Tapiola residents' park in July
Participation in exercise sessions is free of charge. The organising partners will not be responsible for supervising children during the activities. Changes are possible.

- On Tuesdays 7 July, 14 July, 21 July and 28 July at 10:00–11:00
- On Thursdays 2 July, 9 July, 16 July, 23 July and 30 July at 10:00–11:00
These versatile summer exercise sessions will include gymnastics moves, play and much more, inspired by stories, music and imagination – exercise for children and adults alike! In addition to parents, grannies, granddads and godparents as well as other adults will be welcome to the family exercise sessions. The aim is to develop the child’s physical skills in a safe atmosphere.
