OVO will organise activities in Suvela residents' park in July. Two instructors will guide participants in a variety of games for the whole family. During the summer, participants will be offered diverse opportunities to try out sports equipment and learn new sports skills. You can join the guided exercise session for a short while or the full two hours.

Olarin Voimistelijat ry (OVO) is a sports club in Espoo that offers high-quality exercise and top gymnastics – experiences, joy and positive group activities for people of all ages.

The route to the playground area

The accessible parking space is located in the parking area under 20 m from the playground gate. The width of the parking space is at least 3.6 m.
The pick-up and drop-off area is located under 5 m from the playground gate.
A smooth and sufficiently wide asphalted route leads to the playground gate. The route is illuminated.
The passage has at least 4 steps, with handrails on left side when going up.
The route has a ramp under 6 m long.

Playground area

The playground is surrounded by a metal fence. Inside the fence there are asphalt-surfaced walkways. The entire play area is illuminated.

In the playground, the walkway has a ramp over 6 m long with an intermediate landing, with handrails on both sides.
The playground has tables and benches with free space at the end for a wheelchair or stroller. Some of the tables have been designed for children's dimensions.
The playground has swings, a slide, a sandbox, a climbing frame, a climbing wall.
The swings: The swings are situated at the edge of the areaThere is a wood fence around the swing area. Safety sand has been installed under the swings. The play area also has a safety swing for a small child, a saucer swing.
The slide: There is space for a wheelchair around the slide. .A wet pour rubber safety surface has been installed under the slide. The slide can be accessed along the stairs, along the net. The play area also has a wider slide that an adult and child can slide down together.
The sandbox: The edge of the sandbox is high enough off the ground to make the sandbox wheelchair accessible. Near the sandbox, there is a sand table with safety sand underneath. There is a bench for an adult nearby.
The climbing frame: A wet pour rubber safety surface has been installed under the climbing frame. There is a bench for an adult nearby.
The climbing wall: Safety sand has been installed under the climbing wall.

Playground building

The entrance of the playground building is located in a recess and is illuminated.
The doors connected to the entrance are hard to perceive. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens easily manually.
The activities take place on the entrance floor.
The doors in the facility stand out clearly. The glass doors have contrast markings.
The facility has an accessible toilet.
