At 9:30–10:00 in the mornings, family exercise will be offered for the youngest family members and their guardians. The sessions will include playing games together, activity stations and familiarisation with the basic athletics skills of jumping, throwing and running.
The sessions at 10:00–11:00 are intended for slightly older children who can participate without their guardians. The sessions will begin with a game related to the theme of the day, after which the children will familiarise themselves with a track and field sport, such as high jump or shot put, using various technical skill exercises and skills courses. To finish off, the children run quick relays or calm down and stretch.
After the sessions at 11:00–11:30, various exercise challenges or sport-specific courses will be available in the park that everyone can explore freely. The courses include hurdles, various jumps, muscular fitness tasks and precision throwing. An instructor will provide guidance and tips for completing the exercises.
