Place: Kunnarlantie 33–39 (Oittaa beach), Espoo

Time: On Tuesdays between 9 and 26 June at 10:00 –15:00

Fun outdoor games and orienteering activities near Oittaa beach. These summer activities will be open to everyone, free of charge and intended especially for school-age children. We will try out something new every time, however not forgetting the children’s favourites. This means dodgeball, tag and other games, orienteering exercises, labyrinths and much more. Come and join us!

The route to the outdoor sports area

The 3 accessible parking spaces are located in the parking area over 100 m from the beach. The width of the parking space is at least 3.6 m.
The pick-up and drop-off area is located over 100 m from the beach.
A smooth and sufficiently wide, and guided fine crushed rock or sand route leads to the beach. The route is illuminated.
The route has a ramp over 6 m long with an intermediate landing, with handrails on one side.

Outdoor sports area

There are three entrances to the beach. There are paved walkways, which are hard, smooth and sufficiently wide. A ramp with handrails on both sides leads to the water.
The beach has an information board, with a smooth and sufficiently wide walkway leading to it. The information board can also be looked at up close. The board has a map of the area.
The beach is guarded by a beach guard.
There are outdoor showers in many places around the beach, with a smooth and sufficiently wide walkway. The shower is spacious, and it is equipped with a railing.
There is an accessible toilet on the beach, but it is difficult to find at a distance. The passage to the toilet is smooth and sufficiently wide.

Dressing room, shower room and sauna

There are men's/women's dressing rooms on the beach. The dressing room entrance stands out clearly. The passage to the dressing room is smooth and sufficiently wide.
The dressing room door opens easily manually. The doorway has a high threshold.
The dressing room features a dressing bench and sufficient room for a wheelchair and assistant. Good illumination and clear contrasts facilitate spatial perception. There are no lockers in the dressing room.
An accessible toilet is connected to the dressing room.
