Spartacus Foundation and DSL Study Centre

The Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic proclaimed independence on 27 February 1976. Spartacus Foundation and DSL Study Centre are organizing an Anniversary Seminar in Espoo on 28 April, after Ramadan, in solidarity with the Sahrawi people of Western Sahara and their struggle for freedom, peace, and self-determination.

Freedom for Africa’s last colony, Western Sahara, from Moroccan colonialism and oppression!

50th Anniversary Seminar of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic:

– Lippulaiva Library, Salonki multi-purpose space (Espoonlahdenkatu 8). The library is located on the 3rd floor of the Lippulaiva shopping centre. You can reach Lippulaiva by metro: there is a direct indoor connection from Espoonlahti metro station to the shopping centre.

– Tuesday 28 April, 17:00–19:00.

– The event is open to all interested!

The program includes cultural performances, speeches, and a panel discussion. Traditional Sahrawi refreshments and drinks will be served. The event has been planned in cooperation with Sahrawi activists.

The event follows safer space guidelines.
