Place: Olarinniityntie 7, Olari Cyclocross track (we will meet between the baseball field and the Cyclocross track).

Time: On Tuesday 4 August and Wednesday 5 August at 14:00–15:30

Cycling club IK-32 will organise a mountain biking school for children and young people (approx. age 9 to 13). The aim is to be introduced to the sport, get to know other young people and improve your fitness level through diverse activities.

You will learn: - bike control and riding skills, also in challenging situations - using the gears and selecting the right gear - coordination, agility - going about in nature and the roads. The course is free of charge.

The child need not be an IK-32 member to participate. Previous mountain biking experience is also not required. Parents will be welcome to join us, too.

The participant needs a good bike in roadworthy condition, a helmet and clothing suitable for the weather. This is a two-day course. Both days will be 1.5 hours in duration, starting at 14:00 and ending at 15:30.

Participation is free of charge.

Changes are possible.
