Financial Counselling Clinic

Financial Counselling Clinics are a low-threshold service for discussing everyday financial questions without booking an appointment. You can reflect on your situation, receive advice and go through different options with experts. At a Financial Counselling Clinic, you can talk to various professionals e.g. Financial and debt counsellors working at legal aid offices.

On-site, you have the possibility to use an interpreter.

By phone, the service is available in Finnish and English.

Opening hours: Fridays from 10:00 to 14:00.

Service is provided every other week on-site at Iso Omena Library, meeting room Aalto, and every other week by phone at +358 40 6393944.

The route to the main entrance

The 5 accessible parking spaces are located in a parking hall under 10 m from the entrance. The width of the parking spaces is at least 3.6 m.

The customer service point is located on floor 3.
