Children's Cultural Centre Aurora
Come and enjoy fun activities and fascinating experiences in the Winter Yard at the Children’s Cultural Centre Aurora anytime between 15:00 and 18:00.
Sirkus kolmen kopla will perform its ‘Lumijamit’ show twice on the outdoor stage and run ‘Pihapeuhu’ workshops where you can try family acrobatics, among other things. The snowy theme continues on the snow mountain that you can find in the middle of the yard in all weathers. The play-friendly snow mountain is colourfully illuminated when it gets dark. The Adventure Art School’s ‘Singing Tree’ (Laulava puu) sound installation and outdoor workshops and Valopaja’s ‘Valopaja vs. Robots’ workshop in Taidetalo offer beautiful, surprising and exciting activities all evening. Café "Kahvila Hunaja" is open in the Meijeri building.

Evenings after the Winter Yard event
The snow mountain will be illuminated in colours and the 'Singing Tree' (Laulava puu) will play music and sparkle all week after the Winter Yard event – on Saturday 7 February from 18:00 to 21:00 and every night thereafter from 17:00 to 21:00 until Friday 13 February. Come and admire the magical Singing Tree and play on the snow mountain whenever it suits you.

At the beginning of February, Espoo will celebrate the Weekend of Light, which brings together a wide range of light-themed artworks, installations, performances and workshops. The event is designed to delight audiences of all ages.
Organisers include the Espoo Cultural Centre, Exhibition Centre WeeGee, Sello Hall, Children’s Cultural Centre Aurora, Kannusali and the Espoonlahti cultural project.
