Gym guidance is a class for high school youth in 7th, 8th and 9th grades at Fressi gyms where youth gets acquainted with the world of gym training with the help of Fressi Trainers. The class will teach the basics of gym training and motivate and inspire into a new and healthy hobby!

The classes can only be attended with clothing and shoes fit for indoor training and a water bottle and a padlock for the lockerroom lockers. Other people training at the gym should be taken into consideration, equipment should be put to their own spots, attendees need to follow Fressi personnel's instructions and voice level should be kept low.

All 7th, 8th and 9th graders are welcome to join the groups. And when it suits your schedule! The sports are easy and fun, and organizers provide all necessary equipment. All you need to have are comfortable clothes suitable for moving.

Autumn season 2024 is on weeks 36-50 and spring season 2025 on weeks 2-17. The Jumppi groups are not organized on school holidays or on public holidays.
