Art Duo Moment: Stardust Clay Painting February 12, 6:00–8:00 PM

Art Duo Moments are shared sessions for an adult and a child, where you create visual art, crafts, or other handiwork together or individually!

Guided by a mural artist and surface finishing expert, we’ll explore the Stardust Painting technique, which can be used to create entire art walls or smaller works. In the workshop, we’ll paint a piece using the deliciously colored, biodegradable, and compostable Auro clay paints from Suomen Luonnonmaalit. You’ll learn the basics of the soft and dreamy Stardust technique as well as the secrets of stencil painting. No prior experience required.

Aurora consists of three buildings surrounding a large, sloping yard: Meijeri, Taidetalo and Tilanhoitajantalo (office building).

The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door is heavy or otherwise hard to open.
