Hey, reading practice!

Would you like to practice reading aloud? A reading dog is a patient listener, so you don't need to feel nervous about reading. Reading with a reading dog helps improve your reading skills!

On Mondays at the library, you can read to a reading dog from 6 to 7 p.m.

The route to the main entrance

The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.

The main entrance

The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
In connection with the entrance, there are at least 4 steps, with handrails on right side when going up.
The entrance has a ramp under 6 m long.
The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly and the glass doors have contrast markings. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door is heavy or otherwise hard to open.
The entrance has thresholds over 2 cm high.

In the facility

The customer service point is on the entrance floor.
The accessible toilet is only available during service hours. The toilet is locked during self-service hours.
