Did you know that there are elves living in the buildings at Glims Farmstead Museum? During Christmas time, the museum's elves are busy with their holiday preparations. Christmas presents need to be wrapped in time, and the tree must be decorated. Since the gnomes are small in size, you can find tiny signs of their Christmas preparations at the museum. Can you find traces of the elves at the museum?

The elves can be recognized by a small jingling sound coming from their hats. At the Christmas time's self-guided tour, we search for different elf-bells, that have been left behind in various buildings. At the same time, we get to become acquainted with exciting objects that the elves use in their daily tasks.

The Christmas time's self-guided tour for the whole family runs until the December 23rd, 2025.
