You are cordially invited to celebrate my 80th birthday as well as the joyful little girl that I have managed to hold inside me for all these years. I also want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being with me during my 65-year career as an artist.

This Thank You for Life! concert tour is perhaps the most “like me”. Together with my friend Eeva Malin, we have made it a warm, touching and life-like experience that takes audiences on a voyage through decades and stories. Eeva will also be the host of the evening, and with her we will go through the highlights of my life, also touching on tender and painful moments. The evening will showcase the moments of my life that have shaped me and brought me here, something which we can now experience, celebrate and share.

I will be accompanied by an acoustic orchestra led by conductor Mirka Dojan. The acoustic sound gives the music warmth and authenticity - precisely the tones I want to use when telling the story of my life and giving thanks for it through this tour.
