Organizer

Esports Hobby Path | Heimo

During spring 2026, Heimo is arranging a weekly practice session with top-level equipment for finding new gamer friends in a safe and encouraging environment. Gamers will also have access to coaching, both on how to develop in their game of choice and as e-sports athletes in general. A healthy lifestyle is a major part of a young e-sports athlete’s development – these sessions will therefore also teach gamers about the impact of sleep, nutrition and exercise on their game performance. You can join one or many e-sports evening sessions.

The Espoo Esports Hobby Path Project offers free e-after-school sports activities for lower secondary school pupils. The hobby groups generally meet at schools, in the vicinity of schools, or online. The project models the Esports Hobby Path by offering young people short-term esports hobbies in autumn 2025 and spring 2026. Hobby groups will be organized between February 2 and April 30. The principles of a safer space are applied in the hobby groups.
