Art Duo Moment: Emotional Skills Workshop.

In this presence‑enhancing workshop, a child and a parent create an artwork together that reflects a pleasant moment they have shared. The workshop includes a gentle, guided introduction among participants, a thematic warm‑up in pairs (child and parent), the creation of a shared artwork, a conversation between the child and parent about their creative experience, and a wellbeing‑focused relaxation session supported by sound and spoken word art.
