The company, Niini & Co Oy, was founded in 1957 and expanded into the Estonian market over 25 years ago through a joint venture with the local Rauam family, forming Koopia Niini & Rauam OÜ. Both companies operate in the printing industry, sharing similarities while navigating distinct market dynamics.
Katja serves on the boards of both companies and plays an active role in developing their operations and identifying new target groups in both Finland and Estonia.
Fadumo Ali is an award-winning entrepreneur and the founder of Hoiwa.
Hoiwa is a staffing agency that reached nearly €10 million in revenue within its first three years.
