Athletics starting group

In the athletics starting group, children get to move together and develop their physical, mental, and social skills. The hour begins and ends with games or relays, with the main focus on learning the event of the day, such as high jump or sprinting, and the condition part may include gymnastics tricks, throwing excercises, or speed training depending on the day's main event. In all sessions, participants run, jump, throw, and have fun. The group is well-suited as a child's first guided hobby, or if there is an interest in exploring a new sport with a low threshold. You are more than welcome to attend, even if your child doesn't speak Finnish yet. You can attend also without registration and we can make it together if needed. Welcome to try out athletics!
