Welcome to Family Day at Tapiola Library!

The event is organized in collaboration with local Espoo partners and offers a variety of activities for the whole family:

Music session – Espoon musiikkiopisto at 11:30
Transformers-paperikaveri – Museo Leikki workshop from 12:00 to 15:00
Suosikkini-helmirannekepaja – KAMU Espoo City Museum from 12:00 to 15:00
Nallesairaala – FIMSIC from 12:00 to 15:00 (you can bring your own teddy bear to see a doctor!)
Lukupesä – Library's own reading corner from 12:00 to 15:00
Nukketeatteri-ANNOS and Mehiläisen laulu – Art performance at 14:00

The route to the main entrance

Construction work will affect access to the library. There is no parking in front of the building, and the area cannot be used for drop-off traffic. Estimated completion date: January 2026.

The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly and the glass doors have contrast markings. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens automatically with a motion sensor.
The entrance has thresholds over 2 cm high.
