Where:
Gathering at Espoo Steiner School in Olari (Olarinniityntie 10). We will exercise outdoors in the areas around the school and on the paths of Central Park.
When:
Mondays at 6-7 pm. The group meets every week starting September 1, 2025.
Come and exercise together in Central Park's outdoor sports and nature. The group's activities are aimed at students in grades 6-9 who enjoy exercising in nature and want to learn new skills related to orienteering or outdoor life.
The group's activities are organized in collaboration with the city and participation is free of charge for participants.
The program is slightly different every week and the guidance is given by young athletes from Espoon Suunta. We will be outdoors in all weathers, so please bring good outdoor clothing.
