Children's Weekend: To the Circus!

Come see the new circus show based on Kirsi Kunnas' book Sirkuseen!

A 35 minute multidisciplinary, participatory and engaging performance.

The clowns will play , hoops will spin and the trapeze artists will fly. Witness an overly enthusiastic tap dancing pony. A strongman who needs help from the audience and the magician who will have your head in a twist..!

All accompanied by live singing and musical playing of Kantele, ukulele and clarinet by Silja Palomäki.

Performed with minimal language.

Suitable for all ages.

Tickets to everyone over 1,5 yrs old.

The route to the main entrance

The 2 accessible parking spaces are located outdoors over 10 m from the entrance. The width of the parking spaces is less than 3.6 m.
The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.

The main entrance

The entrance is hard to perceive but illuminated
Aurora consists of three buildings surrounding a large, sloping yard: Meijeri, Taidetalo and Tilanhoitajantalo (office building).
In connection with the entrance, there are at least 4 steps.
The entrance has a ramp under 6 m long, with handrails on both sides.
The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door is heavy or otherwise hard to open.
The entrance has thresholds over 2 cm high.
The foyer is cramped.
