Come and see the current plans for Central Espoo and meet the city planners and decision-makers of your area!

The future of the Central Espoo will be discussed at a residents’ event held at the Entresse Library on Wednesday 15 November from 16:00 to 19:00.

Current information will be available on the following plans:
Virastopiha and Espoo House, Espoontori, Kaupunginkallionrinne, Kiltaveljenmäki and Nupurinkallio.

In addition, you can ask questions and discuss the planning of the Espoon keskus, Kuurinniitty, Kaupunginkallio, Muurala, Karvasmäki, Gumböle, Nupuri, Vanha-Nuuksio, Karhusuo, Ämmässuo, Kolmperä and Siikajärvi districts.

The event will also discuss the future prospects of Central Espoo as a whole and the progress of the Espoo Master Plan 2060.

The event will be set up like a trade fair, so you can stop by at a time that best suits you from 16.00 to 19.00. Most of the three-hour event will be free exploration of different points where city employees will answer your questions and present the related material. There will be short general info starting at 17.00.

Event programme

16.00–17.00: The currently on-going plan projects are discussed with the city planners of the region. The decision-makers and experts of planning are also present and available for discussion.

17:00–17:45: A brief information session about the development of the area and current planning projects

18.45–19.00: Opportunity to talk about planning and meet decision-makers and city planners at different points.

Regional residents’ events are a new fair-type event where you can learn more about current plan projects at your own pace.
