Ymmersta school

The Ymmersta comprehensive school (Ymmerstan koulu) provides education for grades 1–6 and it has become known for its emphasis on emotional skills, internationality and literature. The school has about 400 pupils and over 60 preschool children. In our school, pupils have many responsibilities: they act as peer mediators and library organisers, for example.

We also have support pupils and environmental agents.  Our school is an Erasmus+-accredited educational institution.
