Ruusutorppa school

The Ruusutorppa comprehensive school (Ruusutorpan koul) is a multicultural comprehensive school of about 750 pupils (there are about 40 different native languages among the pupils), and it is located close to excellent transport connections. The school has pupils from preschool to grade 9 and groups for preparatory education, small-group teaching of immigrants, teaching for rehabilitating learning difficulties, personalised education, Montessori education and teaching organised by action area. 

We also have a strong tradition of utilising co-teaching in the engaging of our pupils. Our school has peer mediation and support student activities. Our school is linguistically aware and happy to welcome visitors.
