City of Espoo is selling the Lillhemt house and its outbuildings with a leasehold right

Applications must be submitted to the City of Espoo Registry Office no later than 29 January 2027 at 15:45, in the manner described in more detail in section 4.5 of the invitation to tender. All applicants must participate in a showing of the site, which will be held in weeks 47, 48 and 50. The City of Espoo is looking for a buyer for the Lillhemt house and its outbuildings in Henttaa through an open two-phase application procedure. In the detailed plan, the site is designated as a block area for service buildings.

The buildings will be sold with a leasehold right. The plot can be purchased once the repair and renovation work on the buildings has been completed.

In the first phase, applicants are asked to submit initial plans for implementing their operating concept. The applicants whose projects are considered feasible will be invited for an interview.
