Hello Espoo brings together city services and local organisations to showcase activities and opportunities for new residents of Espoo. The event offers visitors an easy way to discover everyday services, hobby options and community activities. The event is held twice a year, in spring and autumn. The theme of the Spring 2026 Hello Espoo event is sport. Therefore, we invite sports clubs in Espoo to participate by hosting sporty activity points or offering other types of activation for event visitors.

Cultural Focus

As this autumn's event has a special focus on culture, we have separate registration forms for cultural organisations and other service providers.

The cultural organisations form can be used to express interest in delivering programme content, such as performances, workshops, or other interactive activities, as well as hosting an exhibition stand.

For other organisations and service providers, participation is currently limited to exhibition stands.

Please note

This autumn's event has fewer exhibition spaces than in previous Hello Espoo events. Participants will be selected based on the event concept, programme diversity and available space. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate all interested organisations.
