The Espoonlahden lukio upper secondary school is a language-oriented upper secondary school of 650 students. In addition to the emphasis on language, we also invest in student guidance and organise plenty of community events. Our upper secondary school is located near a metro stop, which means that Helsinki residents can also attend our school easily.

The Etelä-Tapiolan lukio upper secondary school is a lively community with both a general upper secondary school and an IB programme. We have been very successful in the national matriculation examinations and IB examinations. Sustainable development and internationality are integral parts of the everyday life of our school. Students actively participate in the school’s development, decision-making and creation of good atmosphere. Teachers are committed and enthusiastic about their work.

Haukilahden lukio upper secondary school has approx. 580 students and is located in Otaniemi, on the Aalto University Campus. Collaboration with Aalto University and the SaaS (School as a Service) model make the school have its very own image and atmosphere. A special program for athletes also gives Haukilahti High School some extra flavor. Approx. 200 international and national level athletes have found a way to brilliantly combine high level sports and studying in our high school.

The Leppävaaran lukio upper secondary school has almost 500 students and it operates in new and modern facilities. Our student body is multicultural and we have both a sports programme and esports training. Our school also cooperates with higher education institutions and students have the opportunity to complete information and communications technology studies offered by universities of applied sciences.

The Mattlidens gymnasium upper secondary school is the largest Swedish-language upper secondary school in Finland, and it offers a wide range of studies. We have both a Swedish-language upper secondary school and an English-language IB programme. The upper secondary school focuses on well-being, student participation and preparatory activities for higher education. The upper secondary school has about 700 students, of whom about 150 are studying in the English-language IB programme.

The Tapiolan lukio upper secondary school has approximately 500 students. For several years now, we have organised visits for groups from all around the world. During the visits, our students act as guides. This has won us a lot of praise from our visitors. The students usually present our school and the Finnish education system in English, but our language selection can also include options like Spanish. Our music students always perform for our visitors. Visitors also have the opportunity to talk with teachers and observe teaching in classrooms.

At the Otaniemen lukio general upper secondary school, we offer modern facilities for our 1,200 students. Our school is located in the Otaniemi campus area, next to the Aalto University metro station. We offer both science and art and have a general programme, a mathematics and science programme and a theatre and media programme. We have an international club through which students present our school’s activities. We also have several Erasmus projects under way.
