Book an advisory appointment

You have three options:

- Quick phone consultation (20 minutes): Suitable for individual, general questions. Not intended for more extensive advisory needs, such as matters related to start-up grants.

- In-person meeting in Otaniemi (1 hour): Suitable for all types of advisory services, including reviewing your business plan and financial calculations.

- Remote meeting via Teams (1 hour): The same content as an in-person meeting, but held online.

Prepare carefully for the meeting

You will get the most out of the meeting by preparing in advance.

Please send material for your business advisor to review as early as possible, no later than 1–2 days before the meeting. You may send, for example, your business plan, financial calculations, and a short description of your business idea or questions.

Arrive on time

Please arrive on time for your scheduled meeting. For remote meetings, you will receive a Teams link by email before the meeting. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment as early as possible. Last-minute cancellations prevent the appointment from being offered to another entrepreneur.

You can cancel your booking via the My bookings link (top right corner of the calendar) using the code provided in your confirmation message. You can also cancel by phone or email. Cancelling in advance helps free up time for others.
