Public notice: Grants for private roads in 2023

The City of Espoo issues grants for the maintenance of private roads. To be entitled to a grant, the private road must be the access road of at least two permanently occupied properties. External traffic must also be allowed on the road. A single property’s access road, roads within properties, farm roads, and roads that lead to secondary residences are not entitled to the grant. 

Applications for maintenance grants for private roads are processed once a year. The grant application must be submitted via post or email to the City of Espoo Registry Office by 31 March 2023.
