An example of the city co-creating with a company is EveryChild – a pedagogical multitool that consists of a unique method, a pedagogically structured, dialogue-based way of working born in 2021. Its concrete form is a child shaped figure. EveryChild method's pedagogical structure comes from 6 individual tools: participation builder, communication tool, group plan creator, key tool, equality amplifier and learning space. These tools are built into the method itself and can be utilized through switching and modifying the emphasis of one or combination of several of them used together during the entire process of dialogue based working from planning to finish and evaluation. Kind of like a pedagogical lens or a filter.
