Announcement: Application periods for sports facilities

Application period until 16 January 2026

Athletics fields from 2 May to 27 September 2026
Summertime slots in swimming halls from 1 June to 9 August 2026
Summertime slots in schools’ sports facilities from 4 May to 12 June 2026 and from 3 August to 14 August 2026 (Ruusutorppa, Karakallio)  

Time slots in Suna school gym under users’ self-supervision from 17 August to 13 December 2026 and from 4 January to 23 May 2027 

To apply for time slots, we recommend that you use our reservation calendar online at: www.espoo.fi/en > sports and nature > reservation of sports facilities. Detailed instructions on how to use it are available on the same page.

Submit your applications by Friday, 16 January 2026 at 15:45 at the latest to the City of Espoo Registry Office, P.O. Box 1, 02070 CITY OF ESPOO, or to the city’s Service Points during their opening hours. Printed forms are available in the Service Points. Alternatively, you can fill in and print an application at www.espoo.fi/en- > sports and nature > reservation of sports facilities > instructions for using the resource booking system.
