Allotments
Residents can lease parcels to cultivate in allotments all over Espoo. A rent must be paid in advance in the spring. A tenant has preference to the same parcel next year. That means you can grow perennials.
There are long waiting lists for allotments in all allotment areas, and the waiting time can be up to ten years. However, you can join the waiting list by sending an email to vipa@espoo.fi. We will contact you when it is your turn to receive an allotment.
