Employment Services
Employment Espoo is the office of the local government pilot on employment, which offers employment and economic development services (TE services) to a number of jobseekers in Espoo. The City of Espoo is in charge of Employment Espoo.
The office is located in Perkkaa, Espoo, at Komentajankatu 5C (first floor), near Ring I and the Sello shopping centre. The same building houses an office for adult social services and Omnia.
How to get there The nearest train station is the Leppävaara station. The distance from the station is 800 metres. The nearest bus stop is Säteri. The distance from the bus stop is 450 metres. If you arrive from the Sello shopping centre, walk between Sello and the Panorama Tower away from the railway. Turn left and go under Ring I. Turn right. The Komentajankatu office is in the third large building on the left, on the first floor. If you arrive by train, take the route on the left side of Sello. When the tunnel ends, turn left and go under Ring I. Turn right. The Komentajankatu office is in the third large building on the left, on the first floor. If you arrive by bus, get off at the Säteri stop (E1162) and walk along Majurinpolku away from Ring I. Walk past Omnia and turn left. Then turn onto Vanha Bergansintie. Walk past the day care centre. The office is in the building on the right, on the first floor.
Parking There are no parking spaces on the property. Letterboxes You can leave mail at the customer service point or in the letterbox located at the entrance.
Services Our office has a service point that you can visit without booking an appointment. The service point staff can answer your questions and help you with official matters related to job-seeking. You can, for example, sign a plan or drop off documents. The office has customer computers, a printer, and WiFi. You are welcome to use the computers. You can search for jobs online, submit job applications and use the 'Oma asiointi' service. You do not need an advance booking to use the computers. If you need help with using a computer or online services, our staff will guide you. Initial interviews and meetings with personal coaches are also carried out at the office. You must book an appointment for these services.
