Hello Espoo Info offers foreign-language residents advice and help in all kinds of matters, such as:
- early childhood education (matters concerning day care)
- studying and working
- social services and benefits
- health and well-being
- help in filling out forms
- help in taking care of official matters.
We can offer help in your own language, in simple Finnish or in English. If needed, we use telephone interpreters.

Opening hours
We are closed between 11:30-12:30 for our lunch break.
The telephone service is also open Mon-Wed at 10.00-15.00.
We offer advice in Swedish on Wednesdays.
