Hello Espoo Info offers foreign-language residents advice on all kinds of everyday matters. If necessary, we will help you find the service you need.

We can help you with the following and many other issues:

  • filling in forms
  • official matters (e.g. Kela, Finnish Immigration Service or taxes)
  • meaningful leisure activities and wellbeing
  • early childhood education and applying to day care centre
  • social services and benefits

If you have questions about housing, employment or education, we will refer you to the appropriate services.

We can offer help in plain Finnish, English or your own language. If needed, we will use a telephone interpreter. Counseling in Swedish is available on Wednesdays.

You can visit Hello Espoo Info at the Iso Omena Service Centre (Suomenlahdentie 1, 02230 Espoo) or contact us by phone or email.

If our opening hours are not suitable for you, you can contact us to book an appointment. If you have questions about residence permits or other issues related to the Finnish Immigration Service, contact us for further instructions.

Note! Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County is responsible for coordinating support for foreign speakers who move to Espoo and need social services. In these matters please contact Social services supporting integration.
