Mainingin koulu

Mainingin koulu is a multilingual, community-focused school specializing in music and dance for grades 1-9. Our goal is to nurture children and young people who are cooperative, tolerant, and aware of their own strengths, and who can act constructively as part of a diverse society.

Our values are kindness, community, and safety. These are reflected in everyday interactions, learning situations, and in the way we support students' growth, learning, and well-being every day.

In addition to general education, our school offers a preparatory education group and small-group instruction that support students' individual needs and strengthen equal learning opportunities.

Our school provides community activities that engage students and strengthen responsibility, participation, and a culture of working together - examples include the school henhouse, outdoor gym, and various school-wide projects and events.

Preschool education and the related early childhood education are provided by Mainingin päiväkoti.
