New job search model

The job search will change in May 2022 when the Nordic labour market service model enters into force. The new service model applies to all jobseekers. Clients of Employment Espoo, the local government pilot on employment in Espoo, will gradually move to the new model. This page contains information on what the new job search model means and what jobseekers should do.

Personal coaches will contact jobseekers in the coming months and explain what the new job search model means. Until then, jobseekers do not need to change their current job search.Photo: Johanna Taskinen
